Bước sang hành trình mới, Hoàng Thành Thăng Long hướng đến mở rộng đối tượng tìm hiểu không gian lịch sử và văn hoá bắt đầu bằng việc tạo nên một sắc thái mới phóng khoáng hơn, thời đại hơn cho những sản phẩm truyền thông của mình. Bộ lịch năm mới Hoàng Thành Thăng Long là sản phẩm đầu tiên chúng tôi được đồng hành trong giai đoạn mới này.
Entering a new chapter, Hoàng Thành Thăng Long aims to broaden its audience’s engagement with historical and cultural spaces by introducing a fresher, more contemporary, and dynamic aesthetic to its communication materials. The Imperial Citadel of Thang Long New Year calendar marks the first project in this new phase, and we are honored to accompany them on this journey of transformation.
The Phoenix
Điểm nhấn của di vật là phần đuôi của chim phượng vút lên với điệu bộ uyển chuyển, duyên dáng và thu hút. Những đường cong tưởng như hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên nhưng thật ra được xếp lớp, phân bổ một cách tinh tế giúp mang lại cảm giác mềm mại, hoà quện vào nhau. Đây cũng là chi tiết mà chúng tôi nhấn vào khi cách điệu di vật.
The highlight of the relic lies in the phoenix’s tail, soaring gracefully with an elegant and captivating posture. The curves, which may appear entirely spontaneous, are in fact meticulously layered and subtly arranged to create a sense of fluidity and seamless harmony. This delicate detail became the focal point of our design, as we stylized the relic to reflect its graceful essence while honoring its cultural significance.
Crocodile
Loại gạch vuông lát nền có hình cá sấu bơi giữa các làn sóng nước được xem là một tác phẩm nghệ thuật đặc sắc được giới khoa học trong và ngoài nước nhận định chỉ có ở Việt Nam. Loại gạch này xuất hiện vào thời Đại La, thế kỷ VIII-IX. Chúng tôi đã rất hứng thú với tạo hình của di vật này, bất cứ góc nào được sử dụng cũng có thể trở thành một hoạ tiết trang trí đẹp và ấn tượng. The square floor tile featuring a crocodile swimming amidst flowing water is considered a remarkable work of art, recognized by both local and international scholars as unique to Vietnam. This tile design dates back to the Đại La period, between the 8th and 9th centuries. We were deeply inspired by the intricate form of this relic. Every angle of the design offers the potential to become a stunning and impactful decorative motif, seamlessly blending historical significance with modern aesthetic appeal.
Trong quá trình khai quật khu di tích Hoàng Thành Thăng Long, người ta phát hiện có nhiều tầng lớp, cấu trúc và di sản nằm chồng lên nhau qua thời gian, mỗi tầng lớp là một thời đại với các nền văn hoá khác nhau. Việc sử dụng các mảng màu ngẫu nhiên trong thiết kế cũng là cách mà chúng tôi thể hiện sự đa dạng về cấu trúc, giai tầng của khu di tích này.
During the excavation of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long relic site, archaeologists discovered multiple layers of structures and heritage stacked atop one another over time. Each layer represents a different era, reflecting the richness and diversity of various cultural periods.
In our design, seemingly random color blocks serve as a visual metaphor for this complexity. They are an artistic interpretation of the site’s intricate layers and structural diversity, capturing the essence of a historical space shaped by centuries of cultural evolution.
Bản thân các di vật đã mang đến sự tò mò với đường nét tinh tế, cuốn hút. Chúng tôi nhận thấy sự chăm chút tỷ mỉ của người nghệ nhân ngay cả trong những chi tiết nhỏ nhất của hiện vật. The artifacts themselves evoke curiosity with their delicate and captivating details. We can sense the meticulous craftsmanship of the artisans, who poured care and precision into even the smallest elements of each object.
Giải pháp giữ lại những tạo hình gần như là nguyên bản của hiện vật kết hợp với việc phá cách bằng đường nét, màu sắc là hướng đi mà chúng tôi lựa chọn để dung hoà những giá trị xưa cũ với phong cách hiện đại cho thiết kế.
Our approach involves preserving the nearly original forms of the artifacts while introducing creative twists through lines and colors. This balance allows us to harmonize the timeless values of the past with a contemporary design aesthetic, creating a visual language that honors cultural heritage while embracing modern expression.
Dự án thiết kế lịch Hoàng Thành Thăng Long là hành trình kết nối giữa quá khứ và hiện tại, nơi những giá trị lịch sử được tái hiện qua lăng kính hiện đại. Chúng tôi hy vọng rằng mỗi trang lịch không chỉ đánh dấu thời gian, mà còn lưu giữ tinh hoa văn hoá và truyền cảm hứng cho những bước tiến trong tương lai.
The Imperial Citadel of Thang Long calendar design project is a journey that bridges the past and the present, where historical values are reimagined through a modern lens. We hope each page of the calendar not only marks the passage of time but also preserves cultural heritage and inspires future progress.
